Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering she has begun preparation for UPSC. After her graduation she was unsure whether or not she would find satisfaction in a engineering job. Her goal became apparent as she focused more on the civil service. Parents advised her to study for civil service and to make a career serving the public. Her focus was on being an IAS officer. For UPSC to be a reality it is more work needed. When she was preparing for her engineering classes She also had to work on different subjects for UPSC. Every day, she set aside time to study for her exam. She studied for the engineering exams in just one and a half months. She stayed out of social situations. Her belief is that staying focused on the task at hand is key to passing this test. She was determined to pass the exam on the first go and put in a lot of work. She used to read newspapers to keep up-to-date on daily news. Additionally, she got lots of support online by collecting various studying materials as well as viewing Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh authored a second publication titled The Answer Writing Handbook. Every library in the country contains this book.
